ADHD Parenting Starter Kit

Does your child have ADHD? Do you want to learn specific strategies to understand and support with ADHD symptoms? Run by a child and youth Psychologist and the Graduate Student Clinician team, this 4-week “starter kit” will give caregivers evidence-based tools for managing ADHD in children. Caregivers will learn and share strategies with the small group. Then, each family will meet in a private Zoom room with a 1-1 Graduate Student Clinician to individually troubleshoot how to apply strategies to your situation. After the group is finished, additional 1-1 sessions may be offered, as appropriate.  

This program is open for children/youth 6 -13 years old. 

This group is not recommended for children/youth with complex challenges in addition to ADHD, such as significant developmental delays, FASD, or serious behavioural challenges. Please contact cydc@uwo.ca or 519-661-4257 to discuss whether the group is a fit.
