Early Reading Concerns - Screening

This program is designed for caregivers who are concerned about the reading skills of children in
Grade 1 through Grade 3. You or your child’s teacher may be wondering if your child has dyslexia
or a learning disability. You may notice that your child often:
- Misreads common words (such as “when”, “their” “people”)
- Has difficulty sounding out words
- Skips words, rushes through words, or “makes up” words while reading
